Salon Rules :

If you are not feeling well , please reschedule your appointment . In order to keep the salon a clean and safe place for everyone , I will have to cancel your appointment if you appear to be sick . space is very limited . no extra people are allowed if they are not being serviced . there is a $30 no refundable deposit required for all appointments . the remaining balance must be paid in cash only , no exceptions . please use the atm before you come to the salon . there is a 15 minute grace period for your appointment . there is a possibility that your appointment may be cancelled after 20 minutes depending on how busy my day is . I will not take you at all after 25 minutes . if you have to reschedule , you can use your deposit for that appointment only if I am notified at least 24 hours before your appointment . same day cancellations will result in a non refundable deposit . books open monthly , the same day & time each month for anyone who is subscribed to my website .
How to Prepare for your Service :
SHAMPOO & BLOWDRY ARE STILL INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE BUT I CAN NO LONGER OFFER DEEP CLEANSES. THIS MEANS IF YOU HAVE WAX IN YOUR HAIR, IF YOU HAD BRAIDS IN YOUR HAIR FOR WEEKS, IF YOU HAD AN INSTALL IN FOR MONTHS OR IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF BUILT UP PRODUCT IN YOUR HAIR, PLEASE COME PRE-SHAMPOOED. I CAN NOT OFFER DEEP CLEANSE AT MY NEW LOCATION. YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE SALON AND NEED A DEEP CLEANSE.
NO EXCEPTIONS
please come with your hair completely detangled . of course we will do a full comb out at the wash bowl , but if your hair is extremely matted or tangled , there will be a $25 fee added to your total for the inconvenience . you can get your previous style token out at the salon the day of your appointment for an extra fee of $20 . please let me know at least a day before your appointment that you need your hair token out so I can book accordingly. if you need your hair colored , please contact me at least 3 days before your appointment for a consultation . all extensions must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment . I will not be able to color your extensions the same day as your appointment . all frontals and frontal wigs must be dropped off the day before your appointment . deep conditions and trims are included in the price of your style also .

I AM NO LONGER OFFERING WEAVE MAINTENANCE ON SATURDAYS UNLESS YOU ARE COMING ALREADY WASHED AND BLOWDRIED(OR ALMOST FULLY DRIED). PLEASE BOOK "STYLING ONLY , NO WASH" FOR ALL SATURDAY MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS. FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TUESDAY-FRIDAY.

Hair Suggestions :
HD lace is required for best result . I can also work with transparent . 5x5 closures are recommended for a nice part .
